Upcoming activities
Valentine’s Party:
Friday, February 13th
1st session: 9:55 – 10:30
Parents will be allowed back to the classrooms at 9:50
2nd session: 1:55 – 2:30
Parents will be allowed back to the classrooms at 1:50
Name Tags
You may start getting your name tag 15 minutes prior to the party (9:40 & 1:40). Parents may enter through the cafeteria doors
Note: Name tags will be organized by teacher.
**Dismissal
Please exit at the end of the party (10:30 & 2:30) so that we are able to have our normal dismissal. If you are taking your child home you will need your car tag before you exit the building.
Snack
The party committee will provide Sugar Cookies and juice pouches as the snack with the money from the Party fund. There is no need to send in food for the party.
Valentine cards
We will make the Valentine’s bag at school so no need to send one to school or make a box. Please send in a Valentine’s card for each child (8 in the a.m. and 8 in the p.m.) with only the “from:” portion filled out. The children will put the cards in the bag themselves and they don’t know how to read yet so it is much easier if the “to:” portion is blank. Thank you!
R.S.V.P. link
Below you will find a link to RSVP to the Valentine’s party. You will need to enter each person who will attend separately. The link to will end on Tuesday, February 10 at 3:00. All parents who do not RSVP before it closes will have to get their name tag through Raptor (which will be located in the cafeteria on party day). Sometimes we have a long line of families that forget to RSVP and the line is so long parents miss the party. We wouldn’t want that!
