Vocabulary

Math:

We will be sorting by size.

Fine motor:

Pre-cutting skills—cutting out a kite

Fine motor strength—writing on a white board and using a fork to paint.

Practicing a functional grasp—The children will be practicing the tri-pod grasp while writing.

We talk about crabby fingers and using 3 fingers and tucking away the other 2 fingers.  The children will write the letter K in the air and on the white board.  

Creativity

The children will create a lion.

Sensory:

The children will walk farm animals through shaving cream.
